Sue Collins (Dublin comedian/actress)asked me to photograph her for a publicity shot to advertise the character she plays "Carmel", who is a the boho hairdresser from inner city Dublin. Carmel is part of the Funny Girls show. Sue Collins is probably best known for her part as one of The Nualas, one of Ireland’s most successful comedy troupes.
After The Nualas split, the Funny Girls was formed . The Funny Girls features Anne Gildea, 'a tall leggy brunette who is a quick witted and uninhibited clown'. Pom Boyd, and Susan Collins as Carmel. The very best of Irish Lady Comedy! These girls will pick you up by the funny bone and leave you gagging for more.
